Fabric: 90% merino wool, 10% cashmere.

Care:

- Hand wash at temperatures up to 30°C, avoiding temperature differences between washing and rinsing;

- Washing, rinsing, and drying in a washing machine are prohibited;

- Iron with steam;

- Do not bleach;

- Dry flat on a horizontal surface in a straightened form;

- Dry cleaning allowed.

Shipping and returns

International Shipping

International shipping is by Nova Post, Ukrposhta. Delivery time: approximately 7-21 working days. Shipping cost is calculated depending on the destination country and added to the total value of the goods when making the purchase. As soon as your order has shiped, we will email you a tracking number. All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes in your country.

We do not send goods to the aggressor countries of Russia and Belarus.

Delivery across Ukraine

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta. Delivery time: 1-5 days (depending on your region).

The conditions of return and exchange of goods

To exchange or return the product you must provide the receipt. Products used for returns and exchanges are not accepted. Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. The term of refund and exchange in 14 days from receipt of order. Please note that bespoke products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Return shipping

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. We do not provide prepaid return labels, so you will need to organise this with your local courier. We take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by LBTM STUDIOS.
